Installing the Provisioning Profile

Now that we know your device ID, we need to send you a Provisioning Profile to install on your iPhone or iPad so you can run a "beta" app on the device.  

Note:  Once GameTime is available on the App Store this step won't be necessary.

Here's how to install it:

1. Save the application and provisioning profile to the computer you usually use to sync your iPhone or iPad.  These two files will come in a ZIP file attached to an email.
   Note:  After unzipping the provisioning profile will look something like:  Pachyderm_Beta_Testing.mobileprovision ... and the GameTime app file will look like:  GameTime.ipa
2. Launch iTunes.
3. Drag the provisioning profile to iTunes or double-click it to install it.
4. Make sure your iPhone/iPad is attached to your computer (i.e. via USB cable)
5. Sync your device.

If this process goes as planned, you should see this Provisioning Profile installed on your iPhone/iPad by going to Settings > General > Profiles.

The new profile will be called "Pachyderm Apps Beta Testing".  Note: See screenshots below for help.  And special prizes if you can guess why its called "Pachyderm" (hint:  it has something to do with PC)

We are now ready to install the GameTime App!
